For over 25 years, Keystone has provided safe, secure, and reliable document destruction for residents and business owners in our community. We offer a comprehensive disposal service that protects your privacy.
By using our secure, lockable tote system, you can feel confident knowing that your documents are safe until shredding is completed by our visually impaired employees, ensuring that no one can read or retrieve any of your sensitive materials. Upon completion, you will receive a Certificate of Destruction notice from our office.
From our no-cost pickups for bulk service customers to regularly-scheduled pickups for tote customers, Keystone can customize the best solution for your home or business needs.
In 2022, Keystone shredded over 267,000 pounds of paper, all of which was recycled at a local facility where it was de-inked, converted to pulp, and recycled into new products. We provided employment to three individuals who are blind, visually impaired, and / or disabled in the document destruction program. Keystone served over 300 customers in 2022 for shredding services, not including the 230 walk-in customers who dropped shredding off to be processed. Please help us to accomplish our mission to empower, educate, and employ individuals with vision loss or other disabilities by utilizing our service.

We offer “Free Pickups” in our local area. However, we have an “out of area” minimum charge of $50* for anywhere further than 40 miles from our Hermitage, PA location. (*any bulk service pickup 264+ lbs. will be charged at the $0.27/lb. rate.)
Document destruction of boxed/bagged documents is $0.27/lb.
